These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Vidcrew ("we," "us," "our") to clients ("you," "client") through vidcrew.in. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Agreement Before Work Begins
A signed agreement or written order confirmation is required before we begin any paid work. This applies to all services — video editing, reels, content strategy, social media management, ads, SEO, web development, and graphic design. Work will not start until this confirmation is in place, protecting both you and Vidcrew regarding scope, pricing, and deliverables.
2. Payments
- Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- Yearly plans are billed as one upfront payment covering the full year, not monthly instalments.
- Custom services (web development, SEO, graphic design, etc.) are quoted individually and payment terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available before work has begun on your order. Once our team has started production, editing, strategy work, or any deliverable tied to your plan, the order becomes non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before work starts, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email and we will process a refund.
4. Revisions
Each plan includes a set number of revisions as outlined on our Pricing page. Revision requests must be specific and submitted within the timeframe agreed for your plan. Requests outside the included revision count or scope may incur additional charges.
5. Content Ownership
Once a project is completed and paid for, ownership of the final deliverables (videos, reels, designs, and other assets) belongs to the client. However, Vidcrew retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and on our own social media (including before/after or results-style reels), unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing at the time of order.
6. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by plan and are stated on our Pricing page. Timelines begin once your agreement is signed, payment is confirmed, and all required assets/briefs have been received from you. Delays in providing assets or feedback on your end may extend delivery timelines accordingly.
7. Cancellations
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for work already completed or in progress, per our Refund Policy above.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project briefs, timely feedback, and any necessary assets (footage, brand guidelines, login access, etc.) required for us to complete your order. Delays caused by missing information are not the responsibility of Vidcrew.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vidcrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, followers, or business opportunities resulting from published content, ad campaigns, or SEO outcomes. Results from marketing, SEO, and ad services can vary and are not guaranteed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
